How long does my AD stay active on Doodloo?

Your ad will stay active for 30 days from the date of posting.

How many ads can I post on Doodloo?

There is no limit to the number of ads you can post on Doodloo. Our only restriction is that you cannot post the same ad more than once within the 30 days.

How do I post an Ad on Doodloo?

Click on .Post Your Ad (FREE). and follow our easy step-by-step instructions provided. You will be required to provide a category, subcategory and location for your ad. Your ad should be online within 1 hour of posting.

How do I re-post an Ad on Doodloo?

At the end of the 30 day period, you will receive an email giving you the option to re-post your ad If you wish to do so, click on the link in that email. You will then be able to edit the ad if necessary and re-post the ad for a further 30 days.

How do I add a photo to my ad on Doodloo?

Browse to the location on your computer where you have your photo, select the photo that you wish to upload and Click on the .Send Image. button at the right hand side of the posting page. You can include up to 4 photos in JPG format. Each photo must not exceed 1MB per image.

How do I edit an ad on Doodloo?

Open the confirmation email sent to you from Doodloo when you first submitted your ad, click on the link,go to the ad control panel. You can only edit some of the text fields, price, title and description. You cannot add more photos.

How do I delete an ad on Doodloo?

Open the email confirmation you were sent from Doodloo when you first submitted your add. Click on the link to go to the ad control panel and select "delete".
NB: Your ad will be deactivated immediately (meaning buyers can.t contact you).

Doodloo offer three banner sizes:

Doodloo Side Banner (125 x 125)

Banner will appear on top of all categories except home page.
Banner will run in rotation with maximum 2 other banners.

Banner will appear on exclusively for 30 days.
On top of Doodloo home page.

Where is my ad that I have posted on Doodloo?

If you cannot find an ad you have posted, this may be because:

• You posted your ad less than 1 hour ago . it takes approximately 1 hour for your ad to appear online after posting.
• You are looking for the ad in the wrong category or have mis-categorized the ad.
• You are looking under the wrong date . ads appear under the date on which they were posted.
• You are searching using a word that does not appear in your ad . make sure that the word you are looking for actually appears in your ad.
• Your ad has expired as it was posted more than 30 days ago . you will need to post the ad again.
• Your ad did not comply with our Terms of Use and so was deleted.
• Your ad was removed through flagging.

Where is my email confirmation from Doodloo?

If you have not yet received the email Confirmation from Doodloo for your ad, it could be because:

• You exceeded your mailbox storage limit . try deleting some emails.
• Your email filter has directed it to your bulk/junk/spam mail folder(s). Check these folders to make sure it.s not there!
• You have entered your email address incorrectly on the posting form. It only takes one typo error!
• Your email provider or ISP has implemented "spam filters" which we have found are often badly designed or mis-configured, sometimes resulting in Doodloo emails being intercepted.
• There are network problems between ISPs which have delayed email transmission . try checking back later.

You can also have your email confirmation(s) re-sent.

If all else fails, try using a different email account provider.

I have posted my ad in the wrong category on Doodloo. How can I correct this?

You cannot change the category. You will need to delete the existing ad and post a new ad in the correct category.

I can't log in to my account on Doodloo. Why?

You may have entered the wrong username or password - it only takes one typo! Remember that passwords are case sensitive. Over stressed! Email us at support@doodloo.com.

I have forgotten/lost my Doodloo account password. How do I ask for it?

Forgot your password? No problem... simply enter the email address used to register with us and we will send an email with a link which will allow you to change your password.
